Shadbolt Centre – Spring Arts Programming (Theatre/Workshop)

The Shadbolt Centre for the Arts in Burnaby is one of Metro Vancouver’s premier community arts venues, offering a rich calendar of May programming including theatre productions, visual arts exhibitions, dance performances, and creative workshops for all ages. Situated in the beautiful Deer Lake Park area, the centre is a hub for both professional and community arts. In May 2026, look for spring theatre productions on the Scotiabank Dance Centre stage, visual arts shows in the gallery spaces, family-friendly workshops, and performances by Burnaby-based theatre companies. The Deer Lake Park setting also makes it easy to combine a cultural visit with a lakeside stroll. Check the Shadbolt website for the full May calendar and ticketing.
