Description

Carnaval del Sol, the largest Latin American festival in the Pacific Northwest, returns to Jonathan Rogers Park from July 10 to 12, 2026. Produced by Latincouver and themed “Play Loud, Celebrate Proud — Together We Are Stronger,” this three-day celebration brings together over 350 artists and performers from across the Americas with live music, dance, art, soccer, Latin cuisine, and family-friendly activities. The opening night concert on July 10 features legendary Mexican rock band El Gran Silencio, known for their electrifying fusion of rock, reggae, and cumbia. The festival includes a Latino Parade on July 12 and a dedicated kids’ area called Chiquitzin. Children 12 and under and elders attend free. Advance tickets are available online starting at $15 for a one-day general admission pass.
