Greek Summerfest (Festival)

Vancouver Greek Summerfest returns for its 39th year at St. Nicholas and Dimitrios Greek Orthodox Church on Boundary Road, running July 9–12 and July 16–19, 2026. This beloved community fundraiser is one of East Vancouver’s most popular summer events, drawing up to 50,000 visitors from across the Lower Mainland. Admission is always FREE. Enjoy live Greek entertainment each evening, featuring local bands and cultural performances, alongside an authentic Greek food menu with BBQ lamb, souvlaki, gyro, spanakopita, loukoumades (Greek donuts with honey), and more. The festival runs from approximately 11:00 am to 10:00 pm daily. Vegan options are also available. The event is a short 10-minute walk from Joyce–Collingwood SkyTrain station. All proceeds support community fundraising by the Greek Orthodox community. No off-site food or beverages permitted within the festival grounds.
