The Pacific National Exhibition (PNE) is one of Vancouver’s best-known entertainment destinations, located at Hastings Park in East Vancouver. Founded in 1910, the PNE is a large, multi-purpose venue that hosts more than 2 million visitors each year through festivals, concerts, sporting events, exhibitions, family activities and community events.
The PNE is best known for two major seasonal experiences: Playland, Vancouver’s amusement park, and the PNE Fair, a huge end-of-summer celebration featuring rides, live entertainment, food, games, exhibits and family activities. The grounds also include major venues such as the Pacific Coliseum, PNE Agrodome and PNE Forum, which host events throughout the year.
