A large 190,000 sq. ft. ice and fitness facility in Coquitlam. It offers a weight room, a six-lane lap pool, an NHL-size rink, and a free indoor fitness track. It is also home to the Coquitlam Sports Hall of Fame.

The indoor fitness track is free to use during operational hours (except during ticketed events), making it a great option for rainy day walks or runs. One lap is 210 metres.
